WatchTogether.io is a free platform that allows users to watch YouTube videos together in synchronized playback. The Service includes:
- Creating and joining watch party rooms
- Synchronized video playback
- Real-time chat functionality
- Shared playlist management
- AI-powered music suggestions
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content in chat
4. Content and Copyright
WatchTogether.io does not host any video content. All videos are streamed directly from YouTube. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to view shared content. We respect intellectual property rights and comply with DMCA requirements.
5. No Account Required
Our Service does not require user registration. Display names entered when joining rooms are temporary and not stored permanently unless a password-protected room is created.
6. Room Data
Temporary rooms (without passwords) are automatically deleted after inactivity. Password-protected rooms persist until manually deleted by the room creator.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
